Mango and green chilli salsa – it’s sweet, it’s fiery, it’s fresh tasting and it’s so easy to make and goes really well with tacos.
Finely chop the yellow pepper, spring onions, green chilli and add to the bowl.
Cut the mango in half and cut out the stone. Remove the skin and shop the mango into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Finely chop the coriander and add to the dish, squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the contents of the bowl and mix throughly.
Serve with the Walnut tacos.
