This is a quick and simple dish consisting of penne pasta with fresh tomato sauce and sauté Mushrooms

While the tomato sauce is reducing, quarter the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan, until they release their water and the keep cooking until the water has evaporated. turn off and put to once side.

Cook the pasta in salted water and once ready, drain and tip the pasta into the pan with the tomato sauce and stir it together. Take the mushrooms and place on top, sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
