Black bean chilli tacos

These black bean chilli tacos are quick and easy and served with sliced avocado on warmed tacos and a green salad makes a fast and fresh meal.

Roughly chop the onions, mushrooms, garlic and pepper and begin to fry them in a little oil.

Ingredients

  • 500 g black beans – 1 tin
  • 1 bell peppers
  • 1 onions
  • 125 g chopped tomatoes – 1 small tin
  • 6 tortilla
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  • Roughly chop the onions, garlic and peppers and begin to fry them in a little oil.
