These black bean chilli tacos are quick and easy and served with fresh guacamole and a green salad makes a great group meal.

Roughly chop the onions, garlic and peppers and begin to fry them in a little oil.

Ingredients

  • 500 g black beans – 2 tins
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 250 g chopped tomatoes – 1 tin
  • 8 tortilla
  • 3 tbsp jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  • Add the spices, the chopped tomatoes and the jalapeños and stir.
