Tomato and Basil Salad

The way the fresh basil in fuses with the olive oil and tomatoes really raise this salad to the next level.

Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and place them into the bowl.

Take the outer skin from the red onion and using a cheese grater, grate the red onion over the bowl and use a knife to remove the onion stuck on the grater and place in the bowl.

Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and give the salad a good stir.
