This quick and easy plant based burger using falafel mix, a tin of beans and milled flaxseeds.

Begin by mixing the falafel mix with equal portions of water and sit for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, drain and rinse the beans, put them into a bowl and roughly smash them.

Mix the beans into the falafel with a tablespoon of flaxseeds . Mix throughly.

using your hands shape the mixture into an even number of balls. then press the balls down into burger shapes. Put them into the fridge for at least 20 mins to frim up

gently fry the burgers in a frying pan about 7 mins each side.

Serve in a vegan brioche bun, with sweet potato chips and vegan coleslaw
