Spiced roasted cauliflower with a tahini dressing

This is a great way to present cauliflower, its par-boiled then coated in spices and roasted, then dressed in a tahini dressing.

preheat the oven to 180C

cut the cauliflower into florets, place them in boiling water for 5 mins and drain and place in a bowl ready to coat in the spice mix.

Make the spice mix by combining the olive oil, ras el hanout, soy sauce and agave syrup in a bowl.

pour the spice over the cauliflower and mix .

place the cauliflower onto a metal baking tray and place in the oven for 20 mins.

remove the cauliflower from the oven and place in a serving bowl.

Drizzle over the tahini dressing. and serve immediately.
